3种乳牙根管充填材料的抗生物膜活性研究
Research on Antibiofilm Activity of the Three Kinds of Root Canal Filling Materials of Primary Teeth
【摘要】 目的探讨3种乳牙根管充填材料的抗生物膜活性。方法实验分为4组:对照组(去离子水)、氧化锌碘仿组、Vitapex组、氢氧化钙组。混合菌种生物膜在厌氧条件下孵育21 d。生物膜标本与根管材料接触7 d和30 d,激光共聚焦显微镜观察生物膜并计算细胞存活率。结果采用方差分析和Tukey检验。结果 7 d和30 d组之间差异有统计学意义(F=73.073,P<0.05)。30 d之后,碘仿,Vitapex和氢氧化钙杀死细菌的比例分别为51%,69%,35%。结论 Vitapex是一个最佳合适的乳牙根充材料。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the antibiofilm activity of the three kinds of root canal filling materials of primary teeth.Methods The patients were divided into four groups: the control group(deionized water), the zinc oxide iodoform group,Vitapex group and calcium hydroxide group, and the mixed bacteria biofilm was hatched for 21 days, and the biomembrane specimens were exposed to the root canal materials for 7 d and 30 d, and the biomembrane was observed by the laser confocal microscope and the cell survival rate was calculated, and the results were for variance analysis and Tukey test. Results The differences between the 7 d group and 30 d group were statistically significant(F=73.073, P<0.05), after 30 d, the ratios of Iodoform, Vitapex and calcium hydroxide killing the bacteria were respectively 51%,69%,35%. Conclusion The Vitapex is a best and most suitable root canal filling material of primary teeth.
