【摘要】 目的探讨头孢类抗生素联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿急性下呼吸道感染的疗效及安全性评价。方法选取该院2016年2月—2017年2月收治的小儿急性下呼吸道感染患者63例,根据治疗方法不同分为联合组32例与单纯组31例,单纯组患者采用注射用盐酸头孢替安治疗,联合组采用注射用盐酸头孢替安联合阿奇霉素治疗,对两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效进行分析统计。结果单纯组患者31例,肺部啰音消失时间(7.32±1.02)d、退热时间(3.97±0.97)d、咳嗽消失时间(5.62±1.11)d、喘息消失时间(4.96±1.09)d;联合组患者32例,肺部啰音消失时间(6.12±1.31)d、退热时间(2.11±0.61)d、咳嗽消失时间(4.01±1.12)d、喘息消失时间(3.21±1.04)d,差异有统计学意义(t=4.732、5.216、5.031、5.127,P<0.05)。单纯组患者31例,无效9例,总有效率70.97%,联合组患者32例,无效2例,总有效率93.75%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.671,P<0.05)。结论头孢类抗生素联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿急性下呼吸道感染具有良好的临床疗效,可以明显改善患者的临床症状,值得在临床中推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the evaluation on curative effect and safety of cephalosporin combined with Azithromycin in treatment of children with acute lower respiratory tract infection. Methods 63 cases of children with acute lower respiratory tract infection admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and divided into the combined group with 32 cases and the simple group with 31 cases according to different treatment methods, the simple group used the injection of cefotiam hydrochloride, while the combined group used the injection of cefotiam hydrochloride combined with azithromycin, and the clinical curative effect before and after treatment was compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the lung rale disappearance time, defervescence time, cough disappearance tie, wheezing disappearance time between the simple group and the combined group were statistically significant [(7.32±1.02)d,(3.97±0.97)d,(5.62±1.11)d,(4.96±1.09)d vs(6.12±1.31)d,(2.11±0.61)d,(4.01±1.12)d,(3.21±1.04)d],(t=4.732, 5.216, 5.031, 5.127, P<0.05), and in the simple group, 9 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 70.97%, and in the combined group, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.75%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.671, P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of cephalosporin combined with azithromycin in treatment of children with acute lower respiratory tract infection is good,which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of children, and it is worth clinical promotion.更多还原
