【摘要】 目的观察护理质量控制在消毒供应中心的应用对减少院内感染发生的影响。方法选取2016年7月—2017年7月该院消毒供应中心的64名工作人员为研究对象(设观察组),另取2015年6月—2016年6月该院消毒供应中心的64名工作人员为参照对象(设对照组),对照组未实施护理质量控制,观察组实施护理质量控制,比较两组工作质量合格、医院感染情况及工作满意度。结果观察组器械清洁、包装、无菌物品发放、灭菌包的合格率均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医院感染率3.68%比对照组11.05%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作总满意度93.33%比对照组76.67%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理质量控制在消毒供应中心的应用能有效提升工作质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to observe the effect of nursing quality control in reducing the incidence of nosocomial infection by using disinfection supply center. Methods 64 staff members of the hospital in disinfection supply center from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as study group(observation group), and another 64 staff from the hospital in disinfection supply center from June 2015 to June 2016(Control group). The control group did not implement the nursing quality control, and the observation group implemented the nursing quality control. The two groups of work quality compliance, hospital infection and job satisfaction degree were compared. Results The qualified rate of instrument cleaning, packaging, sterilized items distribution and sterilization package in observation group were higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The hospital infection rate in the observation group was 3.68% lower than that in the control group(11.05%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33% higher than that of the control group(76.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing quality control in disinfection supply center can effectively improve the quality of work.更多还原
