钕铁硼稀土永磁材料腐蚀防护技术的研究进展

【摘要】 中国是钕铁硼稀土永磁材料生产、应用大国,钕铁硼稀土永磁材料是目前磁性能最高、应用范围最广、发展速度最快,也是当前工业化生产中综合性能最优的磁性材料。随着产业的不断升级进步,对其防腐蚀性能也提出了更多新的要求,钕铁硼稀土永磁材料的腐蚀问题已成为制约行业发展的瓶颈。回顾了用于钕铁硼稀土永磁材料的腐蚀防护技术,重点对新兴的腐蚀防护技术进行了追踪介绍,并对其发展和应用趋势进行展望。

【Abstract】 China is the influential power country in production and application of NdFeB permanent magnetic mate-rial.NdFeB permanent magnetic material has the highest magnetic properties,the widest range of applications and the fastest growing,and it is also the best comprehensive performance of magnetic in current industrial production.With the continuous upgrading of the industry,it puts forward more new requirements of anti-corrosion performance.The corrosion protection issue of NdFeB permanent magnetic material has restricted the development of industry in the future.This paper reviews the protective technologies for NdFeB permanent magnet materials,especially tracks and introduces the new technology,and its development and application trends are prospected.
