【摘要】 随着我国高等教育改革逐步深化,高校对教师的要求也越来越高,职业压力对高校教师来说越来越大,理性分析广大高校青年教师所面临的职业压力现状,梳理压力来源,探讨缓解职业压力的有效方法具有重要意义。笔者认为缓解高校青年教师职业压力要从建立科学的职称考评制度、优化教学管理考核标准、提高青年教师工资待遇、给青年教师提供系统培训机会、建立长效心理疏导机制等方面采取相应措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the gradual deepening of China’s higher education reform, the requirements for colleges and universities are becoming higher and higher. The occupational pressure is getting bigger and bigger for college teachers. It is of theoretical significance to rationally analyze the current situation of occupational stress faced by young college teachers, sort out the sources of stress, and explore effective ways to alleviate occupational stress. This paper proposes that the alleviation of the occupational pressure loaded on young teachers in colleges and universities should take corresponding measures from establishing scientific title evaluation system, optimizing teaching management assessment standards, improving the salary and treatment of young teachers, providing systematic training opportunities for young teachers, and establishing a long-term psychological counseling mechanism.更多还原
