【Abstract】 Vocational education is one of the main channels for training technical and skilled talents for the manufacturing industry. This article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of manufacturing industry and vocational education in China. For the implementation of "Made in China 2025", the industry has proposed new requirements for talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province, that is, the cultivation of high technical and skilled talents. This article also puts forward the strategy of cultivating talents through improving the professional standards system, strengthening the cultivation of innovative and compound talents and expanding to key areas, in order to further improve the quality of engineering technical talents cultivation in Hebei province.更多还原
