【摘要】 目的检测凝血功能对肺癌的临床意义与价值。方法回顾性分析2015年3月至2016年2月在茂名市人民医院住院的91例经病理学或细胞学确诊的肺癌患者的临床资料。分析患者治疗前凝血功能[血浆凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)、凝血酶原活动度(prothrombin time activity,PTA)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,aPTT)、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,Fbg)、D二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)、血小板计数(blood platelet count,BPC)]。收集患者资料,包括性别、年龄、病理分型、TNM分期等。选择了45名健康体检者作为对照组。采用SPSS16.0统计软件进行分析。结果肺癌患者与对照组之间所有的凝血功能指标(包括PT、PTA、aPTT、Fbg、D-D、BPC)的血浆水平显示均有统计学差异。肺癌患者组较对照组aPTT、PT缩短,Fbg、D-D、BPC水平明显升高。肺癌患者中腺癌比鳞癌的D-D水平显著升高(P=0.036);。肺癌患者中Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期比Ⅰ-Ⅱ期的Fbg升高(P=0.001)。结论肺腺癌患者以及分期为晚期的肺癌患者更易出现高血凝状态,及时检测其凝血功能,有助于早期诊断、防治血栓栓塞并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the clinical significance and value of coagulation function in lung cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 91 cases of hospitalized from March 2015 to February 2016 in Maoming City People ’s hospital clinical data by pathology or cytology of lung cancer patients. Before the treatment of coagulation function[plasma prothrombin time( PT),prothrombin activity degree( PTA),activated partial thromboplastin time( aPTT),fibrinogen( Fbg),D-dimer( D-D),blood platelet count( BPC). Data were collected,including gender,age,pathological type,TNM stage and so on. Choose 45 healthy volunteers as control group. Analysis by SPSS16. 0 statistical software. Results Between lung cancer patients and controls all the coagulation indexes( including PT,PTA,aPTT,Fbg,D-D,BPC) plasma levels showed statistically significant difference. Patients with lung cancer group than in the control group aPTT,Fbg,D-D,PT shortened,BPC level was significantly higher in patients with lung cancer.
