内爆铸铁水暖管件破片研究
Recovery of the Fragments from Imploding Inside the Cast-iron Plumbing Fittings by the Distribution of Their Weights
【摘要】 目的探索内爆铸铁水暖管件破片复原方法,得出破片质量分布规律,并对破片的杀伤作用进行分析。方法水暖管件内填不同质量的乳化炸药,运用砂箱静爆法收集破片,对劣弧形状破片使用垂径定理复原原材料规格尺寸;称量各破片质量,经平均概率密度公式分析验证破片质量分布规律。结果确定劣弧半径值具有准确性,多次测量值围绕原尺寸波动,但圆心角较小和变形较大的破片测量值误差相对较大。破片质量集中分布于0.2~0.8g之间。结论内爆水暖管件破片分析结果可用于爆炸装置的复原,其破片质量分布随着炸药量的变化呈现相似性规律。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method for recovery of the broken pieces from bursting inside the cast-iron plumbing fittings through the weight distribution of the broken pieces, along with the analysis of the killing effect of the broken pieces. Methods The cast-iron plumbing fittings were filled with different quantity of emulsion explosive to burst into broken pieces that were collected by static explosion of sand box. The arc-formed broken pieces, of their mass weighed, were reconstructed by vertical diameter theorem to recover the size of their original structure. Weight distribution of the broken pieces was verified by the average probability density formula. Results The accuracy of the arc radius of one broken piece was proved because its multiple-measured values fluctuated around the original size. Nevertheless, the greater error of measurement was observed when the arc was of smaller central angle and/or deformed badly. The broken pieces were mainly weighed in 0.2~ 0.8 g. Conclusions The broken pieces from imploding inside the cast-iron plumbing fittings can be recovered because their weight distribution changes regularly with the quantity of used explosive.
