【摘要】 大型仪器设备共享对高校发展至关重要,基于西南大学在推进共享中的改革与突破,提出有效推动设备共享需转变观念,在管理体制、投资机制与配套体系上协调并进.统筹管理是前提,以实现资源明朗化;实行量化考核设备使用率,建设实验队伍;投资体制是关键,以购置经费、专项维修经费和测试经费促共享;配套体系是保障,分点集中运行,完善财务、人事、科研、教务配套系统,保障设备共享良性循环、高效服务.更多还原

【Abstract】 Large-scale instruments and equipment sharing is essential to the development of universities.Based on the reform and breakthrough in new sharing management mode and operation mechanism of southwest university,it is proposed that harmonious cooperation among management system,investment mechanism and supporting system have to be carried forward in order to promote sharing efficiency.Among these,management mode is the premise,in order to realize resources open,quantitatively supervise equipments’ utilization,construct experimental team.Investment system acts as the key,implementing the purchase funds,the special maintenance and testing supporting funds to promote the sharing efficiency;Supporting system is the guarantee,improving the personnel,scientific research,teaching,financial supporting system,to ensure sharing mode in a virtuous cycle and with efficient service.更多还原
