【摘要】 鸡新城疫是由鸡新城疫病毒感染引起的鸡和多种禽类的一种急性、高度接触性传染病,感染禽多呈败血症经过.不同毒力的鸡新城疫病株感染,以及鸡只不同的免疫状态,鸡新城疫临床症状和病变有所不同.鸡新城疫主要依靠疫苗免疫接种预防.从鸡新城疫病毒的毒力、疫苗种类、免疫接种及影响因素、病原检测方法等方面对鸡新城疫免疫防制相关问题进行论述,旨在为鸡新城疫的有效防控提供参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 Newcastle disease( ND) is an acute and highly contagious disease caused by Newcastle disease virus( NDV) in chicken and other poultry. The infected poultry normally suffer from sepsis. The clinical manifestations vary greatly because of the different virulence of different infected NDV strains,and the different immune state of the flock. The control of NDV infection mainly relies on perfect immunization. In order to provide reference for the effective prevention and control of ND,virulence,vaccine,immunization of NDV,influence factors on the immunization,and detection methods of NDV are discussed in this paper.更多还原
