【摘要】 我国医学伦理学建设目前取得了较大进展,多数医疗机构相继成立了医学伦理委员会,然而框架具备以后,具体实施审查的委员的知识和能力则往往欠缺,有待进一步提高。从知识教育背景、职业素养、协调能力、道德自律能力等方面分析了伦理委员会委员应具备的综合素养,在此基础上论述了作为伦理委员会的委员如中医药专家、非医药人士、独立顾问、会议主持人、秘书等不同角色应具备的专属能力,希望有针对性地促进改善和提高委员的审查能力,保障临床研究符合伦理规范。更多还原

【Abstract】 Medical ethics has made great progress in China at present,and the majority of medical institutions have set up the medical ethics committee one after another. However,after the implementation of the framework,the knowledge and skills of the ethics committee members are often lacking and needs to be further improved. This paper started from the concept of macro knowledge structure and ability level,focused on the analysis of the knowledge and ability of the ethics committee members should possessed,and the existing problems and the countermeasures. Thus,it is conducive to promote and improve the review ability of ethics committee members and ensure that the clinical research is in conformity with the ethical norms.更多还原
