分段弹体低速侵彻铝靶板动态响应特性的数值分析

【摘要】 运用ABAQUS软件研究了低速状态下分段式长杆弹侵彻铝靶板的响应特性。为实现同时获得各种条件下弹体不同部位的响应特性,采用三段式长杆弹。分析了速度对弹体各个部位的过载与响应特性的影响,得出不同速度下各段弹体的过载规律、弹腔内外部的应力特性。结果可为弹体侵彻的引信设计与弹载记录仪的最佳安装位置提供参考。

【Abstract】 The response characteristics of sectional projectiles penetrating aluminum plates were simulated using ABAQUS.For getting response characteristics of different parts,of the projectile,the projectile was designed with three sections.The overload and response characteristics of each part under different penetrating velocities were analyzed.The regular pattern of the overload of each section of the projectile was obtained.The internal and external stress of the projectile chamber was also obtained.Results in this study can provide reference for fuse design and the optimum placement of missile-borne recorder.
