P-VEP对低龄屈光参差性弱视患儿视平衡点的影响
Effect of P-VEP on visual balance point in young children with anisometropic amblyopia
【摘要】 目的观察基于图形视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)的双眼平衡视觉训练对低龄屈光参差性弱视患儿视平衡点的作用。方法将屈光参差性弱视患儿81例分为两组,对照组40例,实施传统综合训练,观察组41例,实施基于P-VEP的双眼平衡视觉训练,比较两组的疗效和治疗前后P-VEP指标及视平衡点的变化。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组P100波潜伏期显著缩短,而P100波震幅显著增大(P<0.05),且观察组的改善幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的动静态信噪比和动静态对比度均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对低龄屈光参差性弱视患儿,基于P-VEP的双眼平衡视觉训练可更有效改善患儿的视平衡点,提高治疗效果。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of visual training based on pattern visual evoked potential(P-VEP) on the visual balance point of young children with anisometropic amblyopia. Methods A total of 81 children with anisometropic amblyopia were divided into two groups. The control group(n =40) received traditional comprehensive training, and the observation group(n =41)received binocular balance vision training based on P-VEP. The curative effects on the two groups and the changes in the P-VEP index and the visual balance point before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). After the treatment, the latency of P100 wave was significantly shortened and the amplitude of P100 wave increased significantly in both groups(P < 0.05), but the improvement of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P < 0.05); the dynamic and static signal-noise ratio(SNR) and dynamic and static contrast after the treatment in the observation group were both significantly higher than those before the treatment(P < 0.05), and they were both significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion For young children with anisometropic amblyopia, binocular balance vision training based on P-VEP can improve the visual balance point and the therapeutic effect.
