秃疮花针剂对小鼠淋巴细胞CD4和CD8的影响

【摘要】为了将秃疮药制剂应用于临床实践中,本试验研究运用流式细胞术技术,研究秃疮花针剂对小鼠淋巴细胞CD4和CD8的影响,试验结果表明,秃疮花针剂对小鼠淋巴细胞有明显的调节功能,能提高小鼠的细胞免疫和调节体液免疫水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to apply DLF preparations to clinical practice,the effects of DLF injections on CD4 and CD8 of lymphocytes in mice was studied by flow cytometry.The results showed that DLF injections have a significant regulatory function to mouse lymph Cells,and it can improve the level of cellular immunity and regulate humoral immunity of mice.更多还原
