【摘要】 目的探讨临终关怀应用于晚期肝癌护理中的效果。方法利用电脑随机的方式将80例晚期肝癌患者分为常规组与研究组,各40例。常规组行常规化护理,研究组行临终关怀。结果研究组VAS疼痛评分低于常规组,且护理满意度高于常规组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论通过临终关怀,显著减轻了晚期肝癌患者的疼痛程度,同时还提高了患者满意度,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of hospice care in the nursing of advanced liver cancer. Methods 80 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) were randomly divided into a routine group and a research group, 40 each. The routine group received routine nursing care and the research group received hospice care. Results The VAS pain score of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the conventional group, with significant difference between groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Through hospice care, the pain degree of patients with advanced liver cancer is significantly reduced, and the satisfaction degree of patients is also improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
