【摘要】 "茶意象"是指形象为茶,且具有象征性的心理图画。为探究"茶意象"所代表的心理品质,发掘其在心理健康方面的价值,采用内容分析法,根据意象类别、具体意象、意象特征、主题维度的研究思路探索唐宋诗词"茶意象"的心理内涵。结果发现,"茶意象"具有九个主题维度:"季节""时间""刚柔性""喧静""轻重""远近""灵动性""清""闲适"。卡方检验和频次统计结果显示:唐、宋茶诗词中的"茶意象"呈现出"春""晚""柔""静""轻""远""灵动""清""闲适"的特点。"春"使人具有生命力,调节消极情绪;"晚"使人静心安神,促进自我认知;"柔"满足审美需求,达到心理倾向的平衡;"静"通过仪式化的行为调节促进自我整合;"轻"代表一种自在轻松、畅然旷达的心理品质;"远"使人回归自然,汲取滋养;"灵动性"使人体验到具有生命力的美感;"清"使人保持清醒、清静淡泊;"闲适"使人学会自我调节,以理智性反应面对现实生活。更多还原

【Abstract】 This research aims to explore the psychological connotation of tea imagery and its value of mental health. Tea imagery is a symbolic picture which its image is tea. We adopt content analysis method to study tea poems of Tang Song Dynasty by taking the train of thought: imagery category,specific imagery,imagery feature,theme dimension.The results are as follows: Tea imagery contains 9 dimensions: "season","time","solid-soft","noisy-quiet","light-heavy","far-near","flexibility","Qing","leisure". According to the results of Chi-Square Test and frequency comparison,tea imagery expressed in poems of Tang,Song Dynasty showed the image of"spring","night","soft","quiet","light","far","flexibility","Qing"and "leisure". "Spring"makes people vigorous,adjusts negative emotions; "night"makes people calm,promotes self-cognition; "soft"can help people satisfy aesthetic demand,reach a balance of psychological tendencies; "quiet"promotes self-integration through ritualistic behavior; "light"represents a relaxed,broad-minded psychological trait; "far"makes people back to nature and gains nutriment; "flexibility"helps people feel living beauty; "Qing"keeps people sober-minded and quiet; "leisure"helps people to adjust themselves and face life sanely.更多还原
