【摘要】 目的:对比CT扫描与经腹部B超检查在诊断子宫肌瘤中的应用价值。方法:对2015年4月至2017年4月无锡市第五人民医院妇产科收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料进行统计分析,依据检查方法将这些患者分为CT扫描组(CT组,n=40)和经腹部B超检查组(B超组,n=40)两组,对CT扫描与经腹部B超检查诊断子宫肌瘤与病理诊断对比进行统计分析。结果:CT扫描诊断为子宫肌瘤的40例患者中,病理诊断阳性39例,诊断符合率为97. 5%;经腹部B超检查诊断为子宫肌瘤的40例患者中,病理诊断阳性38例,诊断符合率为95. 0%。CT扫描与经腹部B超检查诊断子宫肌瘤与病理诊断的符合率之前的差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:CT扫描与经腹部B超检查在诊断子宫肌瘤中的应用价值相当。经腹部B超检查具有无创性,不会给患者带来痛苦,同时具有更为简便的操作、较高的检出率,能够为复查提供良好的前提条件,可以作为临床首选,而CT扫描具有较为昂贵的费用,可以作为辅助检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the application values of CT scan and abdominal B-ultrasound group in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids. Methods: The clinical data of 80 cases of patients with uterine fibroids in depart-ment of obstetrics and gynecology from April 2015 to April 2017 were statistically analyzed,these patients were divided into CT scan group( CT group,n = 40) and abdominal B-ultrasound group( B-ultrasound group,n = 40) two groups based on the inspection methods,the CT scan and abdominal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids compared with pathological diagnosis were statistically analyzed. Results: CT scan in the diagnosis of 40 cases of uterine fibroids patients,pathologic diagnosis 39 cases,the diagnosis coincidence rate was 97. 5%; Abdominal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of 40 cases of uterine fibroids patients,pathologic diagnosis 38 cases,the diagnosis coincidence rate was 95. 0%. The difference of diagnosis coincidence rates between CT scan and abdominal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids compared with pathological diagnosis was not significant( P > 0. 05).Conclusions: The application values of CT scan and abdominal B-ultrasound group in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids are similiar. Abdominal B-ultrasound group is non-invasive,will not bring pain to patients,and has more simple operation,higher detection rate,can provide good precondition for review,so it can be used as the first choice in clinical,and CT scanning has more expensive costs,can be used as auxiliary examination.更多还原
