【摘要】 目的:分析丙泊酚配伍不同阿片类受体激动剂在无痛人流中的麻醉效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2017年5月在嘉兴市妇幼保健医院接受无痛人流手术的160例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组80例患者。观察组患者给予枸橼酸舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚,对照组患者则注射枸橼酸芬太尼联合丙泊酚。比较两组患者不同时间点的生命体征变化、手术相关指标、术中体动和术后腹痛的发生率。结果:扩宫时,对照组患者心率、呼吸频率和平均动脉压均高于观察组,血氧饱和度低于观察组,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);对照组患者丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间、VAS评分和术中体动及术后腹痛的发生率均高于观察组,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:丙泊酚配伍舒芬太尼在无痛人流中的应用,可以有效缩短术后患者苏醒时间,降低手术疼痛感,提高手术依从性,值得在临床实践中推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the anesthetic effects of propofol joint different opioid receptor agonists in painless induced abortion. Methods: A total of 160 patients undergoing painless induced abortion in Jiaxing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2017 to May 2017 were selected as study subjects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,80 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given sufentanil citrate and propofol,and patients in the control group were injected with fentanyl citrate and propofol. The changes in vital signs at different time points,surgically-related indicators,intraoperative physical activity,and postoperative abdominal pain were compared between the two groups.Results: At the time of uterine contraction,the heart rate,respiratory frequency and mean arterial pressure in the control group were higher than those in the observation group,and the oxygen saturation was lower than that in the observation group,all with statistically significant differences( all P < 0. 05). The phenol consumption,wake-up time,VAS score,and the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative abdominal pain were all higher than those in the observation group,all with statistically significant differences( all P < 0. 05). Conclusions: The application of propofol combined with sufentanil in painless induced abortion can effectively shorten the recovery time of postoperative patients,reduce the pain of surgery,and improve the compliance of surgery,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.更多还原
