【摘要】 目的:探讨采用调肝针刺疗法治疗慢性睾丸疼痛的临床疗效。方法:将2015年4月至2016年2月我院慢性睾丸疼痛患者60例按随机数字表等比例分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组予调肝针刺法治疗,对照组予以普通针刺治疗。于治疗前、治疗后4周采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SDS)、抑郁自评量表(SAS)、生命质量测评量表(SF-36)对患者临床疗效进行分析。结果:两组患者治疗后4周后,治疗组VAS评分、焦虑及抑郁、生活质量相比治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组且两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:调肝针刺法治疗慢性睾丸疼痛疗效突出,可在临床上值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To investigate the clinical effect of Tiaogan acupuncture therapy in the treatrnent of chronic testicular pain. Methods: 60 patients with chronic testicular pain in our hospital from April 2015 to February 2016 were devided into treatment group( n = 30) and control group( n = 30) by random number table. Treatment group was treated with Tiaogan acupuncture therapy,and control group was treated with western drug therapy.The clinical outcome of two groups were evaluated by visual analogue scale( VAS),SAS score,SDS score and SF-36 score before and four weeks after treatment. Results: The visual analogue scale( VAS),SAS score,SDS score and SF-36 score of two groups four weeks after operation all improved significantly( P < 0. 05). And treatment group had significantly better clinical effect than control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: There is a satisfactory effect of Tiaogan acupuncture therapy in the treatment of chronic testicular pain,which can be popularized in clinical practice.更多还原
