【摘要】 目的探讨可溶性血管内皮生长因子(sFlt-1)联合血清孕酮(P)在早期异位妊娠和稽留流产中的诊断价值。方法收集在新疆维吾尔自治区中医医院妇科就诊的正常早孕、异位妊娠、稽留流产符合纳入标准的孕妇各50例作为研究对象。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组血清P、sFlt-1水平。结果与正常妊娠组和稽留流产组比较,异位妊娠组孕妇P水平偏低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。与正常妊娠组和稽留流产组比较,异位妊娠组sFlt-1水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。与稽留流产、异位妊娠的sFlt-1、P单项检测比较,sFlt-1+P联合检测敏感性升高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);sFlt-1+P联合检测的特异性、约登指数、阴性预测值、阳性预测值与sFlt-1、P单项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 sFlt-1对早期异位妊娠及稽留流产诊断有一定价值,但联合测定血清P、sFlt-1对异位妊娠及稽留流产早期诊断无明显临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of soluble vascular endothelial growth factor(sFlt-1)combined with serum progesterone(P)in early ectopic pregnancy and missed abortion.Methods Fifty cases of normal early pregnancy,ectopic pregnancy and missed abortion were collected in the gynecology clinic of Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region.The sFlt-1 and serum P levels of each group were detected by enzyme-linked immunoadsorption.Results Compared with the normal pregnancy group and missed abortion group,the level of sFlt-1 in the ectopic pregnancy group was higher with statistical significance(P <0.05).Compared with the normal pregnancy group and missed abortion group,the P level of the ectopic pregnancy group was low with statistical significance(P <0.05).Compared with the single test of sFlt-1 and P of ectopic pregnancy and missed abortion,the sensitivity of the joint test increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);There was no significant difference between the specificity,Jordan index,negative prediction,and positive prediction values of sFlt-1 and P combined tests and individual indicators(P >0.05).Conclusion sFlt-1 has certain value in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and missed abortion,but there is no significant clinical significance in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and missed abortion.更多还原
