【摘要】 目的研究"颈六刀"松解术结合龙氏牵引下正骨手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,将90例患者随机分为2组,每组45例,治疗组采用小针刀结合龙氏牵引下正骨手法治疗;对照组采用针灸结合传统牵引治疗,2组均治疗1个疗程,应用视觉模拟量表(VAS)测定治疗前后患者疼痛值;颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评估治疗前后患者疼痛及功能改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为68.88%,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组有效率明显高于对照组;治疗组患者治疗前后VAS及NDI差值均大于对照组患者治疗前后VAS及NDI差值,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "颈六刀"松解术结合龙氏牵引下正骨手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Professor Wang Haidong′s"neck six knife"loose solution combined with long′s traction and massage in treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods With the prospective study method,90 patients were randomly divided into two groups(45 cases in each group),treatment group were treated with needle knife combined with long′s traction manipulation therapy,while control group was treated with acupuncture combined with traditional traction treatment,after a course of treatment,the application of visual analogue scale(VAS)was determined by the value of pain before and after treatment;Neck Disability Index(NDI)was evaluated before and after treatment in patients with pain and functional improvement.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was elevated compare to that in the control group(93.33% vs 68.88%,P <0.05);the VAS and NDI differences in the treatment group before and after treatment were higher than those in the control group before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The"Neck six knife"loose solution with dragon′s traction manipulation for the treatment of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis is significant.更多还原
