【摘要】 目的研究紫草三黄栓抗炎、消肿、镇痛的疗效。方法选取50只昆明种小鼠,随机分为空白组(基质0.65g/kg)、对照组(马应龙痔疮栓0.65g/kg)及实验组(紫草三黄栓高1.30g/kg、中0.65g/kg、低0.33g/kg剂量组),建立二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型,采用药品涂抹方法,以肿胀抑制率为指标,观察其抗炎作用;选取50只SD大鼠,随机分为空白组(基质0.45g/kg)、对照组(马应龙痔疮栓0.45g/kg)及实验组(紫草三黄栓高0.90g/kg、中0.45g/kg、低0.23g/kg剂量组),建立巴豆油致大鼠肛门肿胀模型,采用灌肠方法,以直肠肛门肿胀率为指标,观察其消肿作用;选取50只昆明种小鼠,随机分为空白组(基质0.45g/kg)、对照组(马应龙痔疮栓0.45g/kg)及实验组(紫草三黄栓高0.90g/kg、中0.45g/kg、低0.23g/kg剂量组),建立冰醋酸致痛模型,采用直肠给药,以扭体抑制率为指标,观察其镇痛作用。结果与空白组比较,紫草三黄栓高、中、低剂量组小鼠耳肿胀程度缓解,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,紫草三黄栓高、中剂量组使大鼠肛肠肿胀率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与空白组比较,紫草三黄栓高、中、低各剂量扭体抑制率升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紫草三黄栓具有抗炎、消肿、镇痛等作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the pharmacological effect of Zi-Cao-San-Huang suppository on anti-inflammation,detumescence and analgesia.Methods Ear swelling model induced by xylene was adopted to observe the anti-inflammatory effects.Using swelling inhibition rate as index,50 Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank group(matrix 0.65 g/kg)and control group(Ma-Ying-Long hemorrhoid suppository 0.65 g/kg)and experimental groups(Zi-Cao-San-Huang suppository in low dose of 0.33 g/kg,medium dose of 0.65 g/kg and high dose of 1.30 g/kg).Anal swelling model induced by croton oil was adopted to observe the detumescence effect.Using anorectal swelling rate as the index,50 SD rats were randomly divided into blank group(matrix 0.45 g/kg)and control group(Ma-Ying-Long hemorrhoid suppository0.45 g/kg)and experimental groups(Zi-Cao-San-Huang suppository in low dose of 0.23 g/kg,medium dose of 0.45 g/kg and high dose of 0.90 g/kg).Pain model induced by glacial acetic acid was adopted to observe the analgesic action.Using twisting body inhibition rate as index,50 Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank group(matrix 0.45 g/kg)and control group(Ma-Ying-Long hemorrhoid suppository0.45 g/kg)and experimental groups(Zi-Cao-San-Huang suppository in low dose of 0.23 g/kg,medium dose of 0.45 g/kg and high dose of 0.90 g/kg).Results Compared with the blank group,the ear swelling of the mice in the low,medium and high dose groups was alleviated,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the anorectal swelling rates of rats in the medium and high dose groups were decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared with the blank group,the twisting body inhibition rates of the low,medium and high doses were increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Zi-Cao-SanHuang suppository has anti-inflammatory,detumescence and analgesia effects.更多还原
