【摘要】 目的探讨白细胞介素1-β(IL-1β)在食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)中的表达和患者预后及临床病理参数的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学Envision二步法检测IL-1β在ESCC组织及癌旁组织中的表达。结果食管癌组织IL-1β阳性表达的细胞明显多于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。IL-1β阳性表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移及T分期明显相关(P<0.05);与性别、年龄和临床分级无明显相关性(P>0.05)。生存分析结果显示,IL-1β阳性表达与患者预后明显相关(P<0.05)。结论 IL-1β阳性表达与ESCC淋巴结转移及T分期有关,且影响患者预后,提示IL-1β表达可能作为判断ESCC预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of IL-1βin esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)and prognosis and clinicopathological parameters.Methods The expression of IL-1βin ESCC and adjacent carcinoma tissue(ACT)was detected by immunohistochemistry.ResultsThe expression rates of IL-1βwere significantly higher than those in the ACT group(P <0.01).The expression of IL-1βsignificantly associated with lymph node metastasis and T classification(P <0.05).We did not find the correlations between IL-1βexpression and age,gender and clinical stage(P >0.05).The survival curve analysis revealed that IL-1βexpression significantly associated with prognosis(P <0.05).Conclusion The expression of IL-1βin esophageal cancer tissues had significant correlation with lymph node metastasis,T classification and prognosis,which suggested that IL-1βmight be used as a potential prognostic marker in ESCC.更多还原
