【摘要】 目的运用计划-实施-检查-处理(PDCA)循环管理方法促进骨科围术期抗菌药物的合理使用。方法收集PDCA循环前后2015-2017年骨科出院病例中使用抗菌药物病例点评资料,评估PDCA循环骨科抗菌药物使用合理率的影响。结果通过PDCA的实施,骨科抗菌药物使用合理率由66.67%升高至86.33%,抗菌药物使用强度由36.00/百人天下降至27.00/百人天,抗菌药物使用率由77.00%下降至69.00%,治疗用药送检率由30.10%提高至58.13%,抗菌药物合理应用水平得到明显提高。结论 PDCA循环管理法有效提高了骨科抗菌药物合理使用率,可在抗菌药物管理中推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents for perioperative prophylaxis in orthopedics by using the plan-ido-check-action(PDCA)cycle management. Methods PDCA was used to investigate the status quo, determine the target, analyze the causes, implement the strategy and summarize the experience. The rational use rate of antibiotics during 2015-2017 which was considered as the evaluation index was used to evaluate the management effect. Results By implementing PDCA, the rational use rate of antibiotics in Department of orthopedic was increased from 66.67% to 86.33%, the antibiotics use density decreased from 36.00 DDD to27.00 DDD, the rate of Submission rate for treatment increased from 30.1% to 58.13%,and the reasonable application level of antibacterial drugs has been improved obviously. Conclusion PDCA effectively improved the rational use rate of antibiotics in Department of orthopedic, and it can be popularized in the management of antibiotics.更多还原
