新型平坦度振动试验平台的开发及优化设计
Development and Optimal Design of Platform of New Style Vibration Test
【摘要】 根据平坦度振动试验平台的设计需求,应用三维软件,设计开发性能优于原始设计平台的新型平台结构,并建立标准的设计验证流程。通过建立有限元模型并进行结构模拟及优化设计分析,验证其结构的合理性。根据简谐响应的分析及试验操作模拟分析结果,进一步验证试验平台的可靠性。根据此设计流程,能够减少设计时的时间消耗与生产成本,快速并正确地设计出质量轻、平坦度表现更佳的新型振动平台,同时也可以作为其他平台的振动分析、响应预测、设计变更及定义品质的依据。
【Abstract】 A new platform structure was developed through three-dimensional software,according to the design requirements of the flatness testing platform,it’s performance was better than that of the original design platform,and the standard design verification process was established.The whole structure was designed by the engineering application software,then the finite element model was built and the structure simulation and optimization design were carried out to verify the rationality of the platform.Finally,the response prediction was carried out,and the reliability of the experimental platform was further verified based on the analysis of harmonic response and the simulation results of experimental operation.The design process can reduce the design time and manufacturing costs,and rapidly and accurately design new vabration platform of light weight,better flatness,and also it can be used as evidence for other platform including vibration analysis,response prediction,design change,and define of quality.
