“北京市教育质量地图”APP的研发与调查
The Development and Survey of “Beijing Education Quality Map” APP
【摘要】 文章首先依托智能教育公共服务平台——"智慧学伴",通过将教育大数据信息与北京城市地图相叠加,研发出"北京市教育质量地图"APP。随后,文章介绍了"北京市教育质量地图"APP的系统架构,并重点展示了该APP的四大功能模块。最后,文章针对北京市通州区的74名中学教师,对"北京市教育质量地图"APP的用户体验和信息需求进行了调查。"北京市教育质量地图"APP采用数据可视化的方式,将教育质量信息通过移动应用程序直观地呈现给教育参与者和教育决策者,推动了教育决策的科学化,吸引了社会公众、政府多元主体协同参与教育质量评估,也在一定程度上促进了教育的公平化。
【Abstract】 Relying on the public service platform of intelligent education — "Smart Learning Parter", this paper firstly developed an App named "Beijing Education Quality Map" through the superposition of educational big data information and Beijing city map. Then, the system architecture of "Beijing Education Quality Map" APP was introduced, and the four functional modules of this APP were emphasically displayed. Finally, user experience and information requirement of "Beijing Education Quality Map" APP were investigated, aiming at 74 secondary teachers in Tongzhou district of Beijing. The "Beijing Education Quality Map" APP adopted the data visualization method to present education quality information to education participants and education decision-makers through the mobile application, which promoted the scientization of educational decision-making, attracted the collaborative involvement of multiple subjects of the public and the government in the evaluation of education quality, and promoted education fairness to a certain extent.
