【摘要】 本文分析了高校图书馆与企业合作的必要性。从高校教师的教学、高校学生的学习须与企业经营实践相结合的角度,也从企业的经营实践,特别是技术创新、经营模式创新等需要大量的、针对性强的知识,信息支持等角度,阐述了这种活动的必要性,而且这种合作一定是多赢共需的合作。作者也同时分析了高校图书馆与企业合作的可行性。揭示图书馆丰富的馆藏资源,现代高度发达的信息技术,训练有素的图书馆工作人员,如饥似渴的企业信息需求,改革开放以来经济社会发展成果等使得馆企合作具备了充分的可行性。在上述必要性和可行性分析的基础上,本文提出了综合性高校图书馆与企业合作的新模式及基本原则。这种新型的合作模式为:以综合性高校图书馆的信息交流为纽带,以企业需解决的问题为导向,以高校师生、图书馆员、企业员工组成课题攻关组进行长期的、多企业、多课题的馆企合作,同时提出了实施馆企合作应该坚持五项原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the necessity of the cooperation between university libraries and enterprises. It expounds the necessity of such activities in the view of the combination of enterprise operation practice,teaching and studing. It also expounds the necessity of such activities in the view of the enterprise operation practice, especially technological innovation and operation mode innovation which need a large amount of targeted knowledge and information support, and such activities must be a win-win cooperation. The author also analyzes the feasibility of the cooperation between university library and enterprise, reveals the full feasibility with the massive collection resources, highly developed modern information technology, the regularity trained library staff, the demand of enterprise information, economic and social development achievements since the reform and open.Based on analysis of the necessity and feasibility, this paper proposes new modes and basic principles of university library and enterprise cooperation. The new mode of cooperation is that using the link of comprehensive university libraries information connection for solving the enterprise problems by the team which consists of teachers, students, librarians and enterprise staffs with a long-term, multienterprise, multi-object cooperation.
