低生热高导热轮胎橡胶复合材料的工程化研究

【摘要】 对低生热、高导热轮胎橡胶复合材料进行工程化研究。进行小型密炼机混炼试验,与开炼机混炼胶及企业提供的参比胶相比,材料性能达到了制备轮胎要求;采用低温一次法炼胶技术进行规模化生产,制备的碳纳米管/纳米氧化铝并用填充的导热胶在保证较低生热的情况下导热性能明显提高;将导热胶应用于工程机械子午线轮胎基部胶,轮胎的耐久性能优异。

【Abstract】 The engineering research on low heat built-up and highly thermally conductive rubber composites for tire applications was carried out. The experimental sample was prepared by using a small inner mixer,and the properties of the sample were compared with those of the sample prepared by using open mill mixing process and the reference sample provided by tire manufacturer. The test results showed that the properties of the sample prepared by inner mixer reached the requirements of tire applications. The compound filled with carbon nanotubes and nano aluminum oxide produced by large scale continuous single stage production process at low temperature showed significantly improved thermal conductivity and low heat build-up. When this thermally conductive compound was applied as tire base compound,the endurance of the finished tire was excellent.
