【摘要】 心律失常是许多化疗药物,包括新型靶向治疗药物的不良反应,其机制既可能是药物的直接促心律失常作用,也可能是由于药物改变心脏结构和功能,产生心律失常的病理基础,导致心律失常。本综述总结了化疗药物所致心律失常,探讨可能机制,并对心律失常的危险评估、心脏监护和化疗、随访期间心律失常的治疗提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cardiac arrhythmias have been reported as an adverse effect of many chemotherapeutic drugs,including novel targeted therapies. Arrhythmias can be either the direct proarrhythmic effect of drugs or the change of in cardiac structure and function caused by drugs,which create an arrhythmogenic substrate. In this review,we summarize available evidence of proarrhythmia induced by chemotherapy,discuss the possible mechanisms,and provide several suggestions in arrhythmia risk stratification,cardiac monitoring and treatment during chemotherapy and the follow-up period.更多还原
