不同救援防护装备穿戴下的人体生物力学响应与主观疲劳感实验研究

【摘要】 目的为了探究不同救援防护装备穿戴下的人体生物力学响应与主观感受之间的关系。方法通过利用救援过程中常用的避火服,消防服,防爆服,防化服四套救援装备,对9名受试消防队士兵分别穿戴四套不同服装进行实验,测试静态下的肩部,腰部,背部的压力,在动态情况下获得其量化后的主观疲劳感数值。结果肩部压力是影响整体穿戴疲劳感的主要因素,腰部与背部在穿戴服装后受到的压力与整体感官影响较少。服装质量是影响肩部压力与穿戴感官的重要因素,质量越大,肩部受到压力越大,产生不适感越强烈。在同样背负氧气瓶的三套服装中,消防服肩部设计比较合理,氧气瓶背负在衣服外部,肩部收到的压力较小。结论救援服的设计还需完善,建议在保证氧气瓶在相应工作环境下不受影响的前提下,对氧气瓶的背负方式进行优化,在肩部增加内衬。

【Abstract】 Objective Exploring the relationship between human biomechanical response and subjective feelings under the wear of different rescue protective equipment.Methods By using the fire-fighting suits,fire-fighting suits,explosion-proof suits and chemical protective suits used in the rescue process,four sets of different fire-fighting soldiers were put on four sets of different garments to test the static shoulders and waist.The pressure on the back collects the quantified subjective fatigue sensation value under dynamic conditions.Results Shoulder pressure is the main factor affecting the overall wear fatigue.The waist and back are less affected by the pressure and overall sensory after wearing the garment.Apparel quality is an important factor affecting shoulder pressure and wearing sense.The greater the quality,the greater the pressure on the shoulder and the greater the discomfort.In the three sets of garments that are also carrying oxygen cylinders,the shoulder design of the fire service suit is more reasonable.The oxygen cylinder is carried on the outside of the clothes,and the pressure received on the shoulders is small.Conclusion The design of the rescue suit needs to be improved.It is recommended to optimize the carrying mode of the oxygen cylinder under the premise of ensuring that the oxygen cylinder is not affected in the corresponding working environment,and increase the lining on the shoulder.
