【Abstract】 To become the regional growth pole in Hubei is an important strategic target of Xiaogan at present and in the years to come. It is the basic requirement for the realization to make full use of Xiaogan’s advantages and adopt effective measures. Xiaogan has advantages in its economic foundation,geographic location and superior institutional environments.
