【摘要】 目的探讨D-二聚体结合Wells评分对下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)诊断的意义。方法选取绵阳市中心医院2016年7月至2017年12月的57例DVT患者,随机分为A组和B组,A组28例,先测定D-二聚体,后经彩超证实诊断;B组29例,先行彩超诊断,后行D-二聚体检测。结果 2组彩超证实为DVT,而且D-二聚体均升高(≥500 ng/ml)。结论在DVT的诊断过程中,在充分认识病史及体征后结合Wells评分,可以用D-二聚体值直接做出肯定诊断,与彩超的诊断率并无显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the significance of D-dimer combined with Wells score in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis(DVT) of lower extremities. Methods A total of 57 patients with DVT from July 2016 to December 2017 in Mianyang Central Hospital were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A was used in 28 cases. D-dimer was first determined and confirmed by color Doppler ultrasound. Group B 29 cases, first color ultrasound diagnosis, after D-dimer detection. Results Two groups of color Doppler were confirmed to be DVT, and D-dimer was increased(≥500 ng/ml). Conclusion In the diagnosis process of DVT, combined with the Wells score after fully understanding the medical history and physical signs, the D-dimer value can be directly used to make a positive diagnosis, and there is no significant difference between the diagnosis rate and the color Doppler ultrasound.更多还原
