【摘要】 目的:分析冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)下不同术式对老年冠心病(CHD)患者生活质量影响。方法:选择152例老年CHD患者,根据手术方式分为体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术(CCABG)组83例和非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术(OPCABG)组69例,并比较两组术后生活质量等方面差异。结果:OPCABG组患者住院天数及并发症发生率均显著低于CCABG组(P<0.05)。术后12个月两组LVEF较术前均显著改善(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。OPCABG组社会功能(SF)、精神健康(MH)、活力(VT)、情感职能(RE)及一般健康状况(GH)维度评分显著高于CCABG组(P<0.05)。结论:OPCABG术具有并发症少,康复快等优点,有利于提高术后生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze quality of life in elderly patients with coronary heart disease( CHD)with coronary artery bypass grafting( CABG) Methods: 152 elderly CHD patients according to operation choice were divided into 83 cases of conventional coronary artery bypass grafting( CCABG) group and 69 cases of offpump coronary artery bypass grafting( OPCABG) group. The clinical effect and postoperative quality of life were observed. Results: The hospital stays and complication rate of OPCABG group were significantly lower than those of CCABG group( P < 0. 05). At 12 months after operation,the LVEF and LVEDD of two groups were significantly improved than those before operation( P < 0. 05),but there were no significant differences between two groups( P > 0. 05). The scores of SF,MH,VT,RE and GH in OPCABG group were significantly higher than those in CCABG group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: OPCABG has significant efficacy in elderly CHD patients with advantages of less postoperative complications and shorter rehabilitation time,and improve the postoperative quality of life.更多还原
