复合气凝胶的制备及对甲苯的吸附试验
Preparation of composite aerogel and its experiments on adsorption of toluene
【摘要】 以氧化石墨烯(GO)、氧化碳纳米管(CNTs-COOH)作为添加物,以乙醇为分散介质,按不同比例负载到以正硅酸乙酯为硅源的SiO2气凝胶上,对产物进行溶剂置换、表面改性、常压干燥等后续处理,高温还原后得到不同石墨烯/碳纳米管掺杂量的复合气凝胶(GCS),并进行性能表征。结果显示:GO/CNTsCOOH的最佳添加量为3%,其振实堆密度为300 kg/m3,比表面积为1 030 m2/g,平均孔径为16.10 nm。选取几种吸附剂进行对比实验,每克GCS对甲苯的吸附量可达活性炭吸附量的3倍,约为243 mg。动力学分析表明,Langmuir等温吸附模型、准二级动力学吸附模型可以很好地拟合吸附过程。
【Abstract】 Using graphene oxide(GO) and the oxidation of carbon nanotubes(CNTs-COOH) group as additives, with ethanol as the dispersing medium, according to the different proportion, they were loadedon the SiO2 aerogel which has tetraethoxysilane as silicon source.The product was treated by solvent replacement, surface modification, ambient pressure, such as subsequent processing.After high temperature reduction, the different doping amount of graphene/carbon nanotubes composite aerogel(GCS) was acquired, and the performance characterization was studied.The results showed that the optimum adding amount of GO/CNTsCOOH is 3%, the compaction pile density is 300 kg/m3, the specific surface area is 1 030 m2/g, the average pore size is 16.10 nm.Contrast experiments on several adsorbents were carried out, and the toluene adsorption capacity of GCS per gram is 3 times of that of activated carbon,which is about 243 mg.By kinetic analysis, the adsorption process fits the Langmuir isotherm adsorption model and the quasi secondary dynamic adsorption model well.
