铁型覆砂铸造生产线的自动控制系统

【摘要】 介绍了铁型覆砂铸造工艺及生产线的自动控制原理,分析了电机驱动、液压驱动、气动驱动等各类逻辑控制的特点,并阐述了对铁型温度的控制原理及生产线控制参数设定、报警、自诊断功能,针对生产线自动控制不稳定的问题,提出了消除2种去除干扰因素的方法。客户的实际使用情况显示:该控制系统不仅满足企业的生产需求,提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度和运行成本,还体现了铸造业的现代化生产水平,对企业的发展及业务的推广也有积极意义。

【Abstract】 The resin sand-coated iron mold casting process and principle of automatic control system(ACS)of production line was introduced. The characteristics of various logical controls such as electric motor drive,hydraulic drive and pneumatic drive were analyzed,as well as the principle of iron mold temperature control,control parameter setting of production line,alarm and self-diagnostic function were described. In order to solve the problem that the automatic control of the production line was instable,2 methods to eliminate interference factors was proposed. The practical usage situation of clients showed:this ACS not only met production need,elevated production efficiency,decreased working intensity and running cost,and also demonstrated the modern production level of foundry industry,and also had positive significance for the enterprise development and business promotion.
