【摘要】 目的检验婴幼儿孤独症筛查量表(Checklist for Autism in Toddlers-23,CHAT-23)在早期筛查孤独症谱系障碍的适用性。方法选择儿童孤独症谱系障碍组、全面发育迟滞组和正常儿童组作为研究对象进行信度、效度、项目分析等。结果孤独症谱系障碍的灵敏度为96. 8%,正常组的特异度为80. 7%,全面发育迟滞组的特异度为70. 8%,Cronbachа系数为0. 869;分半信度系数为0. 865。其中家长问卷总分和CARS评分之间的Spearman相关系数为0. 573;除项目3、11、16外,其余项目三组间阳性率比较差异有统计学意义。结论 CHAT-23信度、效标效度、区分效度等较好,少数项目有待完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ojbective To investigate the application of checklist for autism in toddlers[CHAT-23]) in the early clinical screening. Methods The groups( autism spectrum disorder [ASD],global developmental delay [GDD] and normal control) were used to test the reliability,validity and item analysis of the screening tool. Results The sensitivity of the autism spectrum disorder was 96. 8%,the specificity of the normal group was 80. 7%,the specificity of the comprehensive developmental retardation group was 70. 8%,the Cronbach а coefficient was 0. 869,and the split-half reliability coefficient was 0. 865. The spearman correlation coefficient between the total score of the parent questionnaire and the CARS score was0. 573. Except for items 3,11,and 16,the positive rate of the other three groups was statistically significant. Conclusion CHAT-23 has good reliability and validity,but few items should be re-modified.更多还原
