【摘要】 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺良性和恶性肿瘤的临床价值。方法将2015年2月—2017年2月于本院进行乳腺肿瘤疾病诊断的患者中采用随机抽签模式抽出230例作为研究对象,均给予彩色多普勒超声来对患者肿瘤性质进行诊断,并以其病理结果来进行对比分析,后观察患者的恶性/良性肿瘤检出率、声像图表现及特异度、敏感度。结果病理结果显示恶性肿瘤共有20例(8.69%)、良性肿瘤210例(91.31%);运用彩色多普勒超声诊断后,共检出恶性肿瘤19例(8.26%)、良性肿瘤221例(91.74%),组间数据比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);声像图表现显示乳腺恶性肿块存在边界模糊、形态不规则、周边有明显血流信号、内部回声错杂且有皮肤浸润等现象,良性肿瘤的声像图则是与恶性肿瘤显示相反。结论针对乳腺肿瘤疾病,采取彩色多普勒超声进行诊断,患者检查指标图像显示结果清晰度高,对提高患者肿瘤检出率和鉴别其肿瘤性质具有较好的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods Out of 230 cases as the research object by using the random draw mode from February2015 to February 2017 in our hospital for diagnosis of breast cancer patients,were given color Doppler ultrasound for the diagnosis of patients with tumors,and the pathological results were compared and analyzed,after the observation of patients with malignant/benign tumor detection rate,ultrasonography and specificity and sensitivity. Results Patients with pathologic findings in patients with malignant tumor were 20 cases(8. 69%),benign tumor in 210 cases(91. 31%); Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis after use,which were detected in 19 cases of malignant tumors( 8. 26%),221 cases of benign tumors(91. 74%),no significant difference between groups of data(P > 0. 05); Ultrasonography display of malignant breast masses exist fuzzy boundary,irregular shape,obvious blood flow signal,mixed internal echo and surrounding skin infiltration,ultrasonography of benign tumor and malignant tumor showed the opposite. Conclusion For the diagnosis of breast cancer patients with color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis,the patient examination index image showed high clarity,for improving the patient’s tumor detection rate and identification of its tumor nature,has a good clinical value.更多还原
