【摘要】 目的:探讨核磁共振成像(MRI)评价膝关节软骨退行性变分期的临床应用价值。方法:比较60例膝关节软骨退行性变患者关节软骨退变的MRI分级与关节镜下分级,以关节镜检查结果为金标准,计算MRI评价膝关节软骨退行性变的灵敏度、特异性,并就其膝关节软骨正常、退行性变的MRI图像差异进行分析。结果:60例患者共检查关节软骨面369个,检出膝关节软骨退行性变65处。以关节镜检查结果为金标准,MRI评价膝关节软骨退行性变的灵敏度为80.00%,特异性为87.87%;Spearman相关性分析示,MRI评价膝关节软骨退行性变分期与关节镜评价分期的相关性系数(r)为0.795,(P<0.05)。结论:MRI与关节镜评价膝关节软骨退行性变分期相关性较好,作为一种无创检查方式,MRI在明确病变严重程度、进行临床分期方面参考价值较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The objective of this study was to explore the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) staging in knee cartilage degeneration. Methods: The MRI staging and arthroscope staging of 60 knee cartilage degeneration patients were compared. The sensitivity and specificity of MRI were calculated based on the results of arthroscopy. The difference of MRI in normal knee cartilage and knee cartilage degeneration was analyzed. Results: 369 knee cartilages were identified in 60 patients, of which 65 were detected with cartilage degeneration. Based on the results of arthroscopy, the sensitivity of MRI assessing cartilage degeneration was 80.00% and specificity 87.78%. Spearman analysis showed that correlation coefficients or r value between MRI staging and arthroscope staging was 0.795(P<0.05). Conclusion: MRI displays a close correlation with arthroscope in estimating the staging of cartilage degeneration. As a noninvasive examination method, MRI has a higher value in identifying the severity and staging.更多还原
