【摘要】 目的调查江西省胸科医院医务人员的艾滋病相关歧视及服务意愿,并探索其影响因素。方法采用自行设计问卷对该院526名医护人员艾滋病相关歧视及影响因素进行调查。结果该院医务人员对艾滋病知识回答满分者占20.7%,艾滋病防治知识得分(3.65+1.02)分,职业防护知识得分(4.87+1.37)分,对艾滋病病毒感染者/患者(PLWHA)的接受程度得分(3.21+1.19)分,健康权利认知得分(1.79+0.77分)。53.1%的人会选择回避治疗或护理感染了HIV的患者。Logistic回归分析显示,社会接受程度、健康权利认知、学历和婚姻状况是医务人员为PLWHAS提供医疗护理服务意愿的影响因素。结论江西省医务人员艾滋病相关歧视仍然存在,应加强医护人员艾滋病防治知识和职业防护技能培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the AIDS related discrimination and service willingness among medical staff in Jiangxi Chest Hospital, and thus to explore the influencing factors. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the AIDS related discrimination and its influencing factors among 526 medical staff in the hospital. Results The medical staff in the hospital accounted for 20.7% of the total score of AIDS knowledges. The score of AIDS prevention and control knowledge was 3.65+1.02.The score of occupational protection knowledge was 4.87+1.37. The score of acceptance rate for the people living with HIV/AIDS(PLWHA) was 3.21+1.19, with the recognition score of health rights was 1.79+0.77. The percent of the staff who would choose to avoid treatment or care for patients infected with HIV was 53.1%. Logistic regression analysis showed that social acceptance, health rights cognition,educational background and marital status were the factors affecting the willingness of medical staff to provide medical care service for PLWHAS. Conclusion AIDS related discrimination still exists in medical staff in our province. We should strengthen the AIDS prevention and control knowledge and occupational protection skills training among medical staff.更多还原
