【摘要】 目的了解2013-2017年厦门市HIV抗体初筛阳性标本的复检与确证结果,为艾滋病防治工作提供数据支持。方法对初筛阳性的标本,用北京万泰抗原抗体酶联免疫吸附试剂盒以及雅培公司HIV抗体快速诊断试剂盒(胶体硒法),进行复检,其中任何一种试剂检测结果呈阳性反应即使用MP生物亚太公司的HIV-1/2 blot确证试剂盒(WB法)进行确证检测。结果 2 873例WB实验,确证HIV-1抗体阳性2 344例(81. 6%),HIV抗体不确定202例(7. 1%),HIV抗体阴性为327例(11. 4%)。在HIV-1抗体阳性样本中,WB检测反应条带gp160、gp120和gp41的出现率最高,均为100%(2 344/2 344),条带p55以及p17出现的概率较低,分别为38. 7%(907/2 344)和46. 4%(1 088/2 344)。完成随访的202例样本中,env类和gag类带型的阳转率分别为95%(96/101)和18. 5%(5/27)。结论在检测过程中不可避免的会假阳性结果,必须通过WB实验确认是否为HIV抗体阳性;要加强对不确定样本的随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the recheck and confirmatory results of positive HIV antibody primary screening samples in Xiamen from 2013 to 2017,and to provide data support for AIDS prevention and treatment. Methods The positive HIV antibody primary screening samples were rechecked with ELISA and colloidal gold rapid test. Samples with at least one positive result were subjected to a confirmatory test using Western Blot( WB). Results In 2873 cases of WB results,there were 2344 samples confirmed to be HIV-1 antibody positive,accounting for 81. 6%; 202 samples were uncertain,accounting for 7. 1%;327 samples were negative,accounting for 11. 4%. The occurrence rates of gp160,gp120 and gp41 were highest,accounting for 100%( 2344/2344),while the occurrence rates of p55 and p17 were lower,accounting for 38. 7%( 907/2344) and46. 4%( 1088/2344),respectively. Among the 202 followed-up samples,the positive seroconversion rate of env stripe was95%( 96/101),and that of gag stripe was 18. 5%( 5/27). Conclusion The false-positive reactions in screening test are inevitable,so western blotting should be utilized to confirm the infection of HIV,and the follow-up test among HIV antibody uncertain people should be strengthened.更多还原
