【摘要】 目的构建一个适用于劳动力人群的脑卒中风险评估模型,促进企业健康管理中脑卒中疾病的早期预防。方法参考Framingham脑卒中风险评估模型的建模思想,基于大型石油企业员工健康体检数据,建立风险因素赋分系统,评估未来十年脑卒中风险概率。结果构建了劳动力人群脑卒中风险因素赋值体系和风险得分与风险概率的对照关系表,并评估了50011名员工和25个单位未来10年的脑卒中风险。结论模型具有较好的准确性、人群针对性和简单易用性,可作为大型石油企业员工脑卒中风险评测工具推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a cerebral stroke risk assessment model for workforce and to promote earlier prevention of cerebral stroke in enterprise health management. Methods Based on real employee health check data from a large-scale oil enterprise,a risk score function was developed to assess the cerebral stroke risk in the coming 10 years referencing the modeling methods of Framingham study. Results A cerebral stroke risk factor assignment system including the risk score and the risk probability in the next decade was built for workforce population. And the cerebral stroke risk in the future 10 years of 50,011 employees and 25 departments was assessed using the model. Conclusion The model has good accuracy,crowd targeting and ease of use with well predictive precision. The risk factor score method and the point system can be applied in the cerebral stroke risk assessment for employee in large-scale oil enterprise.更多还原
