【摘要】 目的在综合国内外相关研究并结合访谈与问卷调查的基础上,构建了大学生创新能力的理论维度,并据此编制了大学生创新能力问卷。方法通过探索性与验证性因素分析等,形成40个条目构成的最终问卷。结果研究结果表明,问卷包括创新基础能力和创新操作能力两个分问卷,创新基础能力包括知识学习、创新思维、观察能力、人际沟通、创新人格5个维度;创新操作能力包括提出问题、事物联系、顿悟创造、自省验证、市场转化5个维度。问卷的信效度指标良好,Cronbach’sα信度为0.91,效度主要拟合指标均大于0.90,RMSEA小于0.06。结论问卷可以作为大学生创新能力的测量工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct theoretical dimensions of college students’ innovative ability,and to develop a questionnaire of chinse college students’ innovative ability on the basis of combining comprehensive domestic and foreign research,qualitative interviews and questionnaire survey. Methods Final questionnaire consisting of 40 items was formed using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Results The research results showed that the questionnaire included two sub-questions for innovative basic capabilities and innovative operational capabilities. The basic innovation capabilities included five dimensions of knowledge learning,creative thinking,observation ability,interpersonal communication and innovative personality.Innovative operational abilities included asking questions,contacting things,epiphany creation,introspection verification and market transformation. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were good. The reliability of Cronbach’s Alpha was 0. 91,the main fitting indexes of the validity was greater than 0. 90,and the RMSEA was less than 0. 06. Conclusion Innovation ability questionnaire can be used as a measuring tool of college students’ innovative ability.更多还原
