【摘要】 目的系统评价川崎病发病与EB病毒的关系。方法全面检索CNKI、万方、维普、Pub Med数据库中迄今为止的川崎病与EB病毒关系的有关文献,纳入原始的研究、对文献进行质量评价并提取数据,剔除不符合标准的研究文献,语种为中文和英文。本研究用Rev Man5.2和Stata12.0进行统计学分析。结果本次meta分析共纳入8篇文献,6篇中文文献,2篇英文文献,共包括KD患儿467例,对照组575例,包括健康儿童152例,其他发热疾病患儿385例以及病毒感染患儿38例。Meta分析结果显示,EB病毒的总体OR值为3.97(95%CI:2.98~5.29,P<0.05)。结论 EB病毒参与川崎病的发病,但结果仍需进一步证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To systematically evaluate the relationship between the incidence of Kawasaki disease( KD) and EB virus. Methods The relevant articles written in English and Chinese about EB virus related to Kawasaki disease up to now in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Pub Med databases were comprehensively searched. The quality evaluation and information extraction were performed on the included original articles,and then the articles that did not meet the study standards were removed. Finally,Rev Man5. 2 software and Stata12. 0 software were used for statistical analysis. Results Eight articles consisted of six Chinese articles and two English articles were included with 467 children with KD and 575 children in the control group. The control group included 152 healthy children,385 children with other acute febrile illnesses and 38 children with other viral infection.Meta-analysis showed that the overall odds ratio( OR) value of EB virus was 3. 97( 95% CI: 2. 98 ~ 5. 29,P < 0. 05).Conclusion It is suggested that EB virus is related to the development of Kawasaki disease,but the results need further confirmation.更多还原
