【摘要】 目的了解长期小剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员健康的影响,为保障工作人员的健康和改进防护措施提供依据。方法通过流行病学现况调查的方法,按照上海市放射工作人员职业健康体检规范要求,对2007-2016年闵行区8 273人次放射工作人员的职业健康状况进行分析。结果放射工作人员临床检查异常率呈现逐年增长的趋势;不同性别放射工作人员血常规、肝功能和B超的差异均有统计学意义,且男性高于女性;随着年龄增加,放射工作人员眼科、心电图和B超检查的异常率增加;医学应用人员眼科、心电图和B超检查的异常率均高于工业应用人员。结论长期低剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员的健康有一定影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the health status of radiation workers in Minhang district and explore the effect of long-term exposure on human health with low dose radioactive ray,as well as to provide the basis for occupational health surveillance. Methods Through epidemiological examination,a cross-section investigation was carried out on 8 273 radiation exposure workers in Minhang District during 2007-2016. Results The abnormal rate of clinical examination of radiological workers grew with the years. The abnormal rates of blood routine,ALT and type-B ultrasonic were significantly higher in a male group than in a female group. The abnormal rates of ophthalmology,electrocardiogram and type-B ultrasonic significantly increased with the increasing of age. The abnormal rates of ophthalmology,electrocardiogram and type-B ultrasonic were significantly higher in medical application group than in industrial application group. Conclusion Long-term occupational exposure to low dose radioactive ray may have an impact on the health status of radiation workers.更多还原
