一化粪池管道破裂污染农村居民饮用水的应急处置
Emergency treatment to a drinking water pollution of rural areas caused by a septic tank pipe rupture
【摘要】 目的了解化粪池管道破裂引起农村居民饮用水突发污染事件情况,客观科学分析应急处置措施,为杜绝类似事件发生提供参考依据和技术支持。方法依据2017年7月25日水质污染疫情报告,收集整理万州区CDC与开州区CDC开展环境卫生学调查、流行病学调查、水样监测,以及病人临床表现等资料,对此事件应急处置措施采用描述性分析。结果此起事件系某化粪池管道破裂污染农村居民区饮用水质所致。出厂水及末梢水总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、大肠埃希氏菌均分别超标>200.5MPN/100ml、>1600MPN/100ml、>200.5MPN/100ml,罹患率56.52%,立即仃止供水,疫情迅速得到控制。结论农村居民区作为人群集聚地,特别是农村避暑居民区,其生活饮用水安全问题应引起高度关注,一旦水质被污染则会影响和危及居民身体健康与生命安全,立即切断污染来源及救治病人是应急处置饮用水污染事件的首要措施和任务。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the situation of the sudden drinking water pollution caused by a rupture of septic tank pipeline,so as to provide a reference and technical support for preventing similar incidents according to the objective and scientific analysis of emergency measures. Methods Based on the report of water pollution epidemic on July 25,2017,data from environmental hygiene investigation,epidemiological investigation,water sample monitoring and patient clinical manifestations was collected,and corresponding emergency treatment was analyzed through descriptive analysis. Results The incident was caused by the rupture of a septic tank pipe which polluted the drinking water in rural residential areas. Indexes of the total coliforms,heat-resistant coliform bacteria and Escherichia coli in the ex-factory water and the terminal water surpassed the standard values more than 200. 5 MPN/100 mL,1600 MPN/100 mL,200. 5 MPN/100 mL,respectively,and the attack rate was 56. 52%. The outbreak was quickly under control with shutting water lines immediately. Conclusion As a gathering place for people,drinking water safety in rural residential areas,especially in rural summer residential areas,should be paid more attention to. Once the water is polluted,residents’ health and safety will be threatened. Cut off sources of pollution and treat the patients immediately are the first measurements and tasks when an emergency drinking water pollution event occurs.
