燃煤电厂日常检维修人员职业危害因素研究
Occupational hazards of routine maintainer in coal-burning a power plant
【摘要】 目的对某燃煤电厂日常检维修人员接触粉尘、噪声进行识别和分析。方法对某燃煤电厂日常检修人员岗位、人数、工作制度、工作内容、接触危害因素等进行调查,并对其接触的粉尘浓度和噪声强度进行检测,结合职业健康检查的结果进行综合评估其接害水平。结果该电厂日常检维修人员266人,共19个岗位,其中输煤检修员1个岗位(5.26%)煤尘总尘超4 mg/m3,灰水检修员等12个岗位(63.16%)个体噪声超过85 dB(A);2名日常检维修人员(0.75%)出现尘肺病改变,5名日常检维修人员(1.88%)出现听力损伤,噪声岗位超标率及所致损伤人数均明显大于粉尘。结论燃煤电厂日常检维修人员主要接触粉尘和噪声,其中噪声危害程度较大,所致损伤人员较多,应加强个体防护。
【Abstract】 Objective To identify and analyze of dust and noise of routine maintainer in a coal-burning power. Methods The post,number,work system,job content,occupational hazards and another routine maintainer in a coal-burning power were investigated. The dust concentration and noise intensity of the contact were detected. And the occupational health examinations were also applied to evaluate exposure level. Results There were 266 routine overhaul persons and 19 posts in the coal-burning power. Total coal dust concentration of 1 post(5. 26%) for coal maintainer was exceeded 4 mg/m3,and noise intensity of 12 posts(63. 16%) including greywater maintainer was exceeded 85 dB(A). There were 2 persons(0. 75%) were damaged by pneumoconiosis,5 persons(1. 88%) were damaged by noise. The over-standard rate and number of injured by noise were both more than those by dust. Conclusion The main occupational hazards of routine maintainer were dust and noise in the coal-burning power plant. The noise hazard was greater in routine maintainer. And there were more persons injured by noise.Individual protection should be strengthened.
