【摘要】 利用丰富的临床数据资源为临床决策提供循证医学证据意义巨大,疾病数据库的出现和使用极大地促进了临床研究的发展。随着国家对临床研究的日趋重视,小规模疾病数据库的数量与日俱增,不同领域的大数据平台迅速崛起。本文通过对我国现有疾病数据库的功能、类型和使用进展进行综述,总结归纳临床数据库的现状,为医疗研究机构建立疾病数据库提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is of great significance to provide evidences for clinical decision using abundant clinical data. The disease databases have greatly promoted the clinical research. With our increasing attention to clinical research, the number of small scale disease databases increases with each passing day, and large data platforms rise rapidly in different fields. In this paper,we listed different disease databases by function, type, service condition, and summarized the present situation of the clinical databases in our country, in order to provide reference for the medical institutions to establish disease databases.更多还原
