珠三角某市温泉水质卫生与消毒研究
Water quality and disinfection of hot springs in a city of Pearl River Delta
【摘要】 目的了解温泉水质微生物情况,探讨合适的消毒方法,保障温泉水微生物学卫生安全。方法连续2年监测温泉水质卫生,并试验不同消毒剂在不同余氯浓度下,温泉泡池细菌指标及感官性状指标的变化。结果温泉泡池水质监测合格率为0,主要由游离余氯、细菌总数、大肠菌群造成,合格率分别为0、0、16.67%。氯消毒剂投加试验显示低浓度余氯(0.20mg/L)即可保证微生物指标达标,低浓度余氯对水质造成的浑浊度升高小于高浓度余氯(0.50mg/L)。使用氯丸和次氯酸钠,相同余氯浓度下其对水质浑浊度影响无差异。结论温泉经营场所应增强卫生意识,注重温泉水质消毒,低浓度持续消毒的方法适合某市温泉水。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the microorganism situation in hot springs and to find the best disinfection method to ensure the security in the microorganism of the water of hot springs. Methods The water quality of hot springs was monitored for 2 years. Then microorganism indexes and turbidity were tested using different disinfectants at different concentration of free chlorine. Results The qualified rate of bathing pools was 0,because of the qualification of free chlorine,total bacterial and coliforms. The experiment of disinfection showed that low-concentration of free chlorine could ensure the qualified microorganism indexes,and the turbidity increased less than the high-concentration. And there was no difference in increasing the turbidity between chlorine pill and the liquid sodium hypochlorite. Conclusion Managers of hot springs should strengthen their health consciousness and pay more attention to the disinfection of water. Continuous disinfection in low-concentration was a suitable technique of the water in hot springs in the city.
