【摘要】 目的分析唐山市1977-2016年人间布鲁菌病(简称布病)的发病情况及变化趋势,为今后唐山市布病防治工作提供依据。方法收集1977-2016年唐山市布病监测数据和相关文献数据,对布病的发病年龄、性别、职业、时间和地区分布进行描述性统计分析。结果 39年间共报告布病病例2 407例,发病率在0.0-7.17/10万之间,呈逐年上升趋势,自2013年以来一直居全省第三。高发地区是迁安市、乐亭县和滦南县,尤其迁安市建昌营镇回民聚集地高发。春夏季高发;发病人群以45~64岁的饲养员和农民为主,占84.1%;男性多于女性。病例以饲养、放牧、贩运牲畜及畜产品、屠宰、加工牲畜等直接接触病畜感染为主。结论唐山市布病疫情逐年上升,流行范围逐年扩大,加强牲畜检疫,做好职业人群的健康教育和个人防护,是今后布病防控的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the incidence and trend of brucellosis in Tangshan city from 1977 to 2016,and to provide a scientific basis for its prevention and control. Methods The descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the incidence data of brucellosis in Tangshan from 1977 to 2016 to understand its distributions by people,time and place. Results About 2407 cases were reported during 39 years,and the incidence rate was 0. 00 to 7. 17 per 100 000. Morbidity of brucellosis was obviously increasing year by year,especially since 2013,and morbidity of brucellosis in Tangshan had been ranked third in Hebei province. Qian’an,Laoting and Luannan were regions with a high prevalence rate of human brucellosis,especially in hui aggregation of Jian Changying town Qian’an city. The summit of the epidemic situation was in spring and summer. Most cases were the breeders and farmers aged 45-64( 84. 1%). The morbidity in males was higher than that in females. Patients were infected by brucellosis mainly with feeding,grazing,transporting,slaughtering and processing sick livestock. Conclusion The infection of human brucellosis in Tangshan shows an increasing trend and widening scope year by year. It is necessary to strengthen livestock quarantine,personal protection and health education in occupational population to prevent and control brucellosis in Tangshan in the future.更多还原
