【摘要】 目的探讨经食管心脏电生理检查对患者血压的影响。方法 558患者接受经食管心脏电生理检查并根据检查前血压分为正常组与增高组。分析不同组患者检查前、检查中、检查后的血压变化情况。结果正常组与增高组检查中舒张压[(96.40±11.10)mm Hg、(77.80±13.91)mm Hg]均高于检查前[(92.31±11.64)mm Hg、(75.38±11.11)mm Hg]和检查后舒张压[(93.00±10.57)mm Hg、(74.30±12.97)mm Hg](t=3.599、2.809,3.819、3.487,均P<0.05)。增高组3个时段的收缩压差异无统计学意义,正常组检查后与检查中收缩压比较有统计学差异(t=2.763,P<0.05)。检查前与检查中、检查中与检查后收缩压差值和舒张压差值比较差异均无统计学意义。结论经食管心脏电生理检查过程中血压正常者和血压增高者的舒张压均轻度增高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of transesophageal cardiac electrophysiological examination(TCEE) on blood pressure(BP). Methods 558 cases underwent TCEE and were divided into normal BP group and high BP group based on BP before TCEE. The changes of blood pressure in different groups before, during and after TCEE were analyzed. Results The diastolic BP was significantly higher during the examination [(96.40±11.10)mmHg,(77.80±13.91)mmHg] than before [(92.31±11.64)mmHg,(75.38±11.11)mmHg] and after[(93.00±10.57)mmHg,(74.30 ± 12.97) mm Hg]the examination in both group(t=3.599, 2.809, 3.819, 3.487, all P<0.05). The systolic BP was not significantly different before, during and after the examination in high BP group, but was significantly higher during the examination than after in normal BP group(t=2.763, P <0.05). There was no significant difference of systolic and diastolic pressure changes from pre-examination to examination period and from examination period to post-examination between the two groups. Conclusion The diastolic BP may increase mildly during TCEE in subjects with both normal or high BP.更多还原
